Global Export Dispatch Log: 6 High-Cube Containers of DN110 PP-R & Spiral Silence Pipes Loaded for EPC Infrastructure

By Logistics Dispatch Manager Zhou / Factory Shipping Records · October 26, 2026 · Zhonglian Engineering Division

At 14:00 today, six 40-foot High-Cube (40HQ) maritime shipping containers finished loading at our central manufacturing staging yard, dispatched for a key international EPC commercial infrastructure project. The consignment encompasses high-grade DN110 PP-R potable water pipes, PVC-U double-wall spiral silence drainage pipes, and matching brass-insert injection fittings.

Rigorous Pre-Loading Inspection & Packaging Protocol

To withstand long ocean transits and multi-modal handling, our logistics engineering team enforced our strict export standard operating procedures:

  • Nested Pipe Loading: Smaller diameter pipes (DN20 to DN40) are safely nested inside larger DN110 pipes, maximizing container space utilization and reducing ocean freight costs per meter by 35%.
  • Heavy-Duty UV Protection Wrapping: All external bundles are wrapped with multi-layer woven poly sheets and strapped with heavy nylon tension bands to prevent maritime salt spray and UV degradation.
  • Certified Crated Brass Fittings: Threaded valves, tees, and manifolds are packed in solid fumigated plywood crates with desiccant packs to prevent transit moisture tarnishing.

Each container is accompanied by a full traceability dossier: mill test certificates (MTC), hydrostatic burst test batch logs, and third-party inspection sign-offs. Our logistics team provides continuous GPS vessel tracking until arrival at destination seaport.
