Cut pipe perpendicular to the axis with a dedicated rotary pipe cutter; clean burrs completely.

Mark Insertion Depth

Mark fusion depth using a depth gauge to avoid over-insertion and internal flow restriction.

STEP 3

Uniform Heat & Push

Heat simultaneously on 260°C die without rotation; join axially within the specified insertion window.

Cooling & Pressure Test

Allow natural cooling without stress; conduct hydrostatic pressure acceptance test at 1.5× design pressure.
